5 Reasons Why Keeping Up With Latest Fashion Mayn't Be A Priority

Many people around the world, including me have been obsessed with following the latest fashion trends. Infact, I strongly believe that most times our spending or buying behaviours may be influenced by our mentors, celebrities and designers. Keeping up with fashion trends has a lot of advantages and I can testify to that but I want to tell you what you don't know about Keeping up with all this.

1.Your Happiness Doesn't Depend On Your Style Or Fashion
Did you know that in order to be happy and have a comfort life, your happiness shouldn't rely alot on your appearance or how people see you.  One thing you should understand is that if your happiness is dependant on fashio, chances are that you may have a hard time keeping up with this since fashion and trends change over time and it may affect you negatively at some point. Be wise.

2. May Lead To Financial Insecurities
The big problem with staying updated to fashion is that it's a very costly lifestyle. Many a times I have been a victim and had to stop from that. Why is it so? You want to follow latest fashion trends, you will always spend on new clothes or other valuables and your old clothes becoming outdated so soon. In turn, you will have spend a lot and it may be unnecessary leading to impulse buying and affecting you financially. Dear reader evaluate yourself if latest fashion is worth spending in your life.

3. May Affect Your Personality
In general you should understand that fashion may affect you positively or negatively. Sometimes we copy alot what people wear from our peers or public figures. Some clothes we wear are not descent and impeccable but since we saw them on several people we tend to believe we are okay but we are forgetting that what people see is what they get. That micro-mini, multiple earrings, body piercing and tight jeans may affect your personality and even affect your own self esteem and people might judge you when it's all unnecessary for you.

4.Your Time Could Be Better Spent On Your Hobbies And TalentsStaying updated to fashion is addictive at times. That time you spend on online markets scrolling for hours in search of new trends, that time could be better spent on your hobbies and talents that make you productive. Shopping doesn't have that much value and instead engage yourself in that dancing group, music school, football team and sharpen your skills. Honestly, that's how I managed to survive from that disaster by investing most of my time in my artworks and grow day by day. You can overcome this.

5. Following The Trends May Make You Look Weird
Iam aware that while many fashion trends may make you look better, some may make you look weird and confused. One thing you should know is that, what may look perfect or beautiful from your friend may not work to you too. Everyone is unique in features, body shape and complexion, you will only understand it when you embrace it. That bikini, wig, the artificial nails, eyelashes and costly designer bags and valuables may not guarantee you to be beautiful or handsome. You may even look like a clown to other people. Relax and think about fashion trends that can make you better or not and try to evaluate if it's really necessary to spend on all that. Stay wise.
